Vietnamese Traditional Massage technique focuses on the loosening of muscle tissue and joints to release toxins, improve general circulation and give a sense of well being and relaxation.
The technique used include: stroking(effleurage), kneading(petrissage), percussion (tapotement), rocking & shaking, squeezing and application of pressure on points of the body. The technique can be applied softly or firmly according to the needs of the client. The reconfirmed minimum time to enjoy the full benefits of traditional Vietnamese massage is one hour.
